We offer a 60-day risk-free trial so you can try NeuroEase at home with confidence.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 60 days of delivery, even if it has been used.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • All included items must be returned

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the return is approved.
